Men's circles and gatherings
A place to gather. Nothing to prove.
Spaces for men to slow down, speak honestly, listen deeply and be met without judgement or fixing.
Men beside men
We were never meant to carry everything alone.
There is something simple and powerful about sitting with other men and being able to tell the truth.
These gatherings are not about performing strength, finding the perfect words or becoming a particular kind of man. They offer room to arrive as you are.
Some men speak. Some listen. Some breathe, move or sit quietly beside the fire. Each gathering has its own rhythm, but the invitation remains the same: presence, honesty and relationship.
Come as you are. Your presence is enough.
No fixing. No preaching. No pressure to share.
Ways to gather
Different doorways. The same hearth.
Begin with the space that feels right for where you are now. Gatherings change with the seasons and are announced as they become ready.
Men's Circle
A grounded evening of check-in, breath, reflection and honest conversation. Speak without being fixed. Listen without needing to solve.
A sliding-scale contribution keeps the circle accessible, with $22 as the usual offering.
Breaking the Cycle Workshops
Immersive spaces exploring the patterns men inherit and the roles they carry. Each workshop combines breath, movement, reflection, nature and meaningful conversation.
Retreats & Collaborations
Jo regularly brings mentoring, men's work, sound and embodied practice into retreats held by others. A future Warrior's Heart retreat is also being allowed to take shape in the right timing and container.
Inside the circle
Held by the men who enter it.
The circle is not created by one man at the front. It is shaped by the quality of presence, listening and responsibility each man brings.
What to expect
A simple rhythm for arriving together.
Arrival
Time to land, settle the body and leave the pace of the day behind.
Practice
Breath, movement, somatic exploration or another embodied invitation.
Circle
Space to speak honestly, listen deeply and be witnessed without advice or fixing.
Integration
A grounded closing and time to return to life carrying what matters.
Our shared agreements
HEART is how we meet the space.
These agreements help create a grounded, respectful field. They are not rules to perform. They are a shared way of taking responsibility for the space we enter together.
Honesty
Speak what is true for you.
Exploration
Be curious. There is nothing to prove or fix.
Accountability
Take responsibility for your own experience.
Respect
Respect yourself, each other and the stories shared.
Trust
Trust yourself, the process and your own timing.
Is this for you?
You do not need experience with men's work.
These spaces welcome men, fathers, stepfathers, uncles and brothers at many different points in life.
- You want honest connection without pressure to perform.
- You are willing to listen as well as speak.
- You want support without being rescued.
- You are ready to take responsibility for how you show up.
- You are curious, even if part of you feels uncertain.
The next gathering
Take your place beside the fire.
You do not need to prepare anything or know what to say. Come as you are, bring what you need to be comfortable and let the gathering meet you there.

The Foundation of Brotherhood - Where men gather to slow down, speak truth, and remember who they are.
❤️🔥 The Essence
For thousands of years, men have gathered around fires to speak, to listen, to release.
They sat in silence, shared stories of loss and love, and leaned on one another when the storms of life grew heavy.
Somewhere along the way, the world forgot.
We became isolated providers, trying to hold it all together in silence.
But the body remembers.
The heart remembers.
These circles are not therapy.
They are remembrance.
They are the ancient rhythm of men returning to presence,
the space between silence and song, where armour falls away and truth takes its place.
When you sit in circle, you’re not just healing yourself,
you’re healing the lineage of men that came before you, and building the world your children will inherit.

👣 Footsteps – The Men’s Hike
Every now and then, we take the circle to the land.
Footsteps is not a fitness challenge; it’s a pilgrimage.
A return to stillness, breath, and the simple rhythm of walking shoulder to shoulder with other men.
We move through forest, rock, and river;
We walk in silence and share in song.
It’s a chance to reconnect with nature, release what’s heavy, and remember what it feels like to belong to the earth again.
✨ Duration: Half-Day or Full-Day
✨ Energy Exchange: $30 - 70
✨ Frequency: Sporadic / Announced seasonally
✨ Location: Metro Perth Trails
Each Footsteps Hike closes with grounding breathwork, reflection, and optional cold immersion.
“As we walk the land, the land walks us back home.”
🜁 The Impact
When men gather, something ancient stirs.
Walls drop. Breath deepens. The heart remembers how to open.
What begins as a few men sharing stories becomes something much larger, a ripple that reaches their families, their children, and their communities.
“I never realised how much I needed this until I sat down with other men.”
“It’s changed the way I father.”
“It’s not about being fixed — it’s about being real.”
These spaces are not just for healing.
They are for remembering.
Because when one man heals, he gives permission for others to do the same.
“When men gather, the world heals.”
