IMMERSE

The Depth Work - For the man ready to go beneath the noise and meet what’s real.

The Invitation

There comes a moment on every man’s journey where words stop working.
You’ve talked about it. You’ve tried to fix it. You’ve held it down with work, or numbed it with distraction.
But the ache is still there — somewhere between your chest and your throat, asking to be met.

That’s where immersion begins.

This isn’t coaching.
It’s not therapy.
It’s a ceremony for your body to remember how to feel again.

When you step into this space, you enter a slow rhythm.
A space guided by breath, sound, and movement — where truth rises to the surface and release becomes possible.
Where you can finally let go of what you’ve been carrying, and walk away clearer, lighter, more connected.

“You cannot think your way through what the body has been holding.”

An embodied session to remember your truth.

Each 1:1 Immersion is a 2–3 hour ceremony designed to meet the emotional, physical, and energetic blocks that keep you from being fully present.

The process is guided intuitively; no two immersions are the same.
You’ll be held through a sequence of grounding, breath, movement, and sound to access what’s beneath the surface.

Duration: 2–3 hours
Energy Exchange: $333
Location: Jarrahdale (In-person) or Online by request

Your immersion may include:

  • Grounding breathwork & nervous system reset

  • Somatic release & emotional embodiment

  • Vocal activation / sound release

  • Integration & reflection conversation

This is for the man who feels something’s stuck, anger, grief, fatigue, confusion, and wants to move it, not talk about it.

You don’t need to know what you’re coming for.
You just need to be ready to feel.

The Deeper Why

Most men were never taught how to feel.
We were taught how to fix, to fight, to hold it together — even when our hearts were breaking.

But that unspoken weight doesn’t just disappear.
It lives in the shoulders, the jaw, the gut.
It leaks into our relationships, our work, our fathering, our silence.

Immersion is the bridge back to presence —
a space to release the stories we’ve outgrown,
to reconnect to the truth beneath the noise,
and to remember the strength that lives in stillness.

When we meet what we’ve avoided,
we find the man who was waiting beneath it all.

“Feeling isn’t weakness. It’s leadership.”

For some men, the immersion opens the door.
Mentorship is the path that follows.

This is a 3 or 6-month private journey for men who are ready to integrate change, deepen their relationships, and embody purpose.

Duration: 3 or 6 months
Investment: By application
Includes:

  • Fortnightly 1–1 sessions (in person or online)

  • Integration guidance between sessions

  • Voice-note support & check-ins

  • Access to selected community events

We’ll work with your rhythm, your truth,
focusing on emotional regulation, communication, fatherhood, purpose, and leadership from the heart.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are.

Ongoing Mentorship

The Integration

Healing doesn’t end when the session closes.
It begins in the days that follow —
in how you breathe, move, listen, and respond to life.

You’ll leave each immersion with simple tools to anchor what’s shifted:

  • Daily breath or grounding ritual

  • Journaling or reflection prompts

  • Integration tasks that meet your real-life rhythm

  • A follow-up check-in to support the embodiment process

Because change that isn’t integrated becomes another story we chase.
This work helps you live it — fully.

“Integration is not about holding on to the light — it’s learning to carry it.”

Sound and immersions

Slow down. Listen beneath the noise.

Sound-led spaces for rest, reconnection and a deeper relationship with the body.

More than something you hear

Sound is something the whole body receives.

An immersion creates room to pause long enough for the body to soften and another kind of listening to begin.

Through yidaki, voice, drum, breath, stillness and other instruments, Jo creates a responsive field rather than a performance. The sound moves through the space and meets each person differently.

There is no required experience and no particular state you need to reach. You are invited to lie down, breathe and allow the experience to unfold in its own rhythm.

You do not need to force stillness. Sometimes you only need a space that allows it.

Rest. Receive. Return.

The experience

There is nothing to achieve here.

You may experience deep rest, emotion, sensation, imagery, spaciousness or simply the relief of being still. Each response is welcome. The work is not measured by how dramatic it feels.

What to expect

A gentle rhythm from arrival to return.

01

Arrive

Settle into the space, meet the body and leave the pace of the day outside.

02

Ground

Simple breath, movement or reflection helps create safety and presence.

03

Receive

Lie down and allow layers of sound, silence and vibration to move through the space.

04

Return

Time to reorient, reflect and carry the experience gently back into life.

The home of the work

The yurt in the garden.

Held within the land in Jarrahdale, the yurt offers an intimate home for private sessions and small-group immersions.

Its circular form changes the way sound moves. Tones travel around and through the space, creating an experience that feels close, enveloping and alive.

This is not a polished studio removed from life. It is a lived space beside the garden, shaped by weather, birdsong, family and the changing seasons.
